Getting the choice right
Hire sizing is about honesty under pressure. Tell us the duty, the connections and the power actually available on site, and we'll send a unit that does the job rather than the biggest thing in the yard. Generators, cable runs and hose lengths all change the answer, so mention them.
If the hire is bridging a purchase or a rebuild, say so. It changes which unit we send and how the changeover gets planned.
What goes wrong
- Underperforming on site: usually hose runs and connections rather than the unit. We support what we send.
- Power trips: site supply and unit load need matching before delivery, not discovering after.
- Siting trouble: the units are built for outdoor running, but access, drainage and noise still need a minute's thought.
- The duty grew mid-hire: ring us. Swapping to a bigger set is routine.
