Privacy policy

When you use our contact form or enquire about a unit, we collect what you type: your name, company, email address, phone number and your message. If you enquire about a specific machine, the unit reference is included. We also count clicks on our phone and WhatsApp links by day and page. The count does not contain your name or contact details.

We use enquiry details to respond to you, prepare quotes and arrange work you ask for. We count contact-link clicks to understand whether the site helps people reach us. We do not sell your details and we do not add you to marketing lists without asking first.

Enquiries and daily contact-click totals are stored in our secure system, hosted in the EU. Enquiries may also be sent to our email inbox. Access is limited to authorised staff.

Enquiries are kept while we deal with them and for up to two years afterwards, so we have the history if you come back to us. You can ask us to delete yours sooner. Daily click totals contain no contact details. To limit repeated or automated clicks distorting those totals, we briefly hold a keyed hash derived from the connection address, never the raw address, and delete these anti-abuse counters after roughly three days.
