Blower Packages

Complete packaged sets: blower, motor, enclosure and controls, ready to drop onto your slab.

What they are

The whole working unit: blower, motor, base, acoustic enclosure, silencers and controls, engineered to run as one machine. Bought right, a package is the quickest route from empty slab to steady air.

What we do

  • New packages built to your duty and site.
  • Repackaging: a new machine into an existing enclosure and pipework.
  • Controls, inverters and instrumentation wired and commissioned.
  • Full installation and commissioning on site.

Getting the choice right

A package is a system, so buy it as one. The blower gets the attention, but the enclosure ventilation, silencer sizing, controls and pipework decide whether the set delivers its numbers on your slab. A good package quotation reads like an engineering document, not a price list.

Think hard about controls. An inverter-driven package with sensible instrumentation usually repays the premium in power saved and warning given.

What goes wrong

  • Heat building in the enclosure: undersized ventilation or failed fans. It cooks belts, motors and electronics.
  • Noise creeping up: panels, foam and door seals age. Refurbishment costs a fraction of replacement.
  • Control trips: sensors and drives fail more often than machines do. Diagnosis first.
  • Vibration reaching the building: mounts and bellows, almost never the slab.

Typical duties
